8” Chef Knife in Black Marble

Description The second in a series of experimental stone handle chef knives, this knife features a polished stainless steel blade in hidden tang construction with a handle crafted from a single piece of black marble.  The handle is affixed in place with a brass pin that is not only functional but accents both the blade and handle beautifully. As I have said of all of my stone handle knives (aka DISCLAIMER): this knife’s handle is EXTREMELY FRAGILE!  This is not a professional chef’s daily workhorse knife. This isn’t even a home cook’s daily workhorse knife; this knife is a piece of artwork and should be treated as such.
